These Cookies Are Too Pretty to Eat

Are you hoping to up your holiday cookie game this year? Let pastry chef Amber Spiegel be your inspiration. Her intricate cookie designs seem more at home on a knitted sweater than an edible good. It can take her up to 45 minutes to decorate a single cookie and she’s now somehow turned this into a full-time career.

Her YouTube page is full set of step-by-step instructions for these winter cookies and other gratuitously designed dessert magic.

Table Scraps is a Food Politic column dedicated to the small morsels of stories, videos, and more. They don’t have enough calories for a full article but are just too good to let go to waste.
